You choose the video below that best fits how you're feeling that day. Do your 5 minute workout and then check in on the daily Facebook group post to let us know you're done! Your goal should be 1 video per day, at least 5 days a week for all of September. I know you'll feel stronger and better able to use those amazing arms!
